Upon completion of your DRC approved project, please return this form along with photos of the finished project to the Design Review Team. Once we have received your Project Completion Notice, the Design Review Team will request your deposit refund (if applicable). Please allow 30 days for the refund to be processed.
After submitting a Project Completion Notice, please email photographs of your completed project to the Design Review Team at [email protected]. If we need additional photos to complete our inspection, we will reach out to you to request them.
Inspection and processing the return of the deposit check may take up to 30 days.
